SCO University from the Russian Federation and representatives of the

An updated version of the draft Memorandum on Cooperation between Higher Education Institutions of SCO Member States on the establishment of SCO University, slightly corrected with an allowance for comments and suggestions made by head (base) higher education institutions of SCO University, has been posted on this site. It is expected that this document will be signed by all head (base) higher education institutions of SCO University during the III Week of Education. Legal departments of all higher education institutions must submit their opinion letters, and agree upon delegated authority within each higher education institution for the purpose of its signing.

In accordance with agreements reached during advanced training courses for representatives of Head (Base) Higher Education Institutions of SCO University in October 2009 in Moscow, Russia, it is required to submit to the Center for International Educational Programs PRACTIC by the deadline of February 08, 2010 finalized Master’s degree programs in a unified format.

In accordance with minutes of the meeting of the permanent expert working group of SCO Member States on cooperation in the field of education dated November 18, 2009, all Head (Base) Higher Education Institutions of SCO University must submit by the deadline of January 25, 2010, completed forms/questionnaires on their information systems: Form/Questionnaire 1, Form/Questionnaire 2, Form/Questionnaire 3.
